Prutex Nylon Co., LTD (hereinafter referred to as Jiahua) is a subsidiary of Zhejia Taihua New Material Co.,LTD (stock abbreviation: Taihua New Material, code: 603055, 800,000-square-meter coverage area, 4,000 employees) , and located in the center of the city group of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai - Wangdian Economic Development Zone, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province. It is close to Shanghai-Hangzhou Highway and Zhajiasu Highway. 

Jiahua was found in 2006 and introduced advanced production equipments of Nylon-6 and Nylon-66 from Germany, Japan and Italy. Its main production are Nylon-6, Nylon--66, Nylon FDY, ATY and DTY with 70-1,000D specification, applying to multiple fields, inluding woven, warp knitting, weft knitting, webbing and military project. Plenty of products are export to America, Korea, Vietnam, South America and European countries. Currently, the annual production of nylon yarn reaches 80,000 ton (ATY production capacity is the world's bigest) and the follow-up is in the process of increasing production.

Zhejia Taihua New Material Co.,LTD is located in Wangdian Economic Development Zone, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province and close to Shanghai-Hangzhou Highway and Zhajiasu Highway. There are more than 5,000 sets of Japanese Toyota, Tsuda water jet looms, international advanced nylon-6 and nylon-66 spinning equipments and complete sets of dyeing, filming, coating and other finishing equipment. At present, the annual output of nylon yarn is 65,000 tons, the fabric weaving nylon gary cloth is 500 million meters, the high-grade nylon fabric with dyeing processing is 80 million meters and the functional high-grade nylon fabric with finishing and processing is 30 million meters. Prutex Nylon Co., LTD was found in 2006, introduced textile yarn production equipments of Nylon-6 and Nylon-66 from Barmag in Germany and Japan TMT in four stages, adopts high grade chips, such as BASF, manages finely with many years managerial experience and follows the company's policy of "diligence, efficiency, struggle and harmony to create perfect products. It has formed long-term stable cooperation partners with well-known enterprises in jet weaving and warp knitting.

Taihua High-tech Dyeing and Finishing (Jiaxing) Co., Ltd. is Sino-foreign joint venture stock limited enterprise and located in Jiangzhe with convenient transportation and beautiful scenery and the center of the city group of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai - Wangdian Economic Development Zone, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province. It is close to Shanghai-Hangzhou Highwayand Zhajiasu Highway. The company covers an area of 342 acres and was found and put into production in April of 2006. The total investment is 29.98 million US dollars and the registered capital is 12 million US dollars. Taihua mainly engages in processing, production and development of the special function, and dyeing and finishing of high-grade nylon and terylene fabrics and lining fabrics. The annual output is over 60 million meters.

At present, the enterprise possesses full-automatic central control imported overflow dyeing machines, low tension high temperature dyeing machines, high-performance warp beam dyeing machines and matching Fuji setting machines, Dongyang setting machine, DTC color measurement system and no pipeline automatic drip system and other advanced equipments, and environmentally friendly dyes are adopted, which is received good reputation from domestic and foreign customers.
